Unfortunately, there are loads of companies (or even individuals) that create sites that you cannot find any contact details or even a landline number, only a mobile number or a contact form.
In this case, we cannot be the judge when it comes down to quality of services that somebody can offer, somebody who works from home for some extra cash or even a student who gets some pocket money. The choise is clearly yours but it is likely that in the future this individual disappears and your are standing in nowhere with regards to your website.

Domain Name registration .gr or .eu or .com or .net
Domain Registration (puchasing) of the name of your site must contain your own details and not the company details which proceeded to the registration.

Ask (or rather demand) from your company to supply with the ownership password that are required in order to modify any details in the future.

Company email
Prefer your emails to have your own website suffix and not the one belonging to the company that designed it, so that your don't have any problems should you decide to change partner.
E.g. is the website powersat.gr which we designed.
Owner's email is info@gorgones.gr
and not gorgones@webwise.gr

Technical Support
Ask to be informed about services offered after the design and development is completed, content modification, email accounts, website usage statistics.

Realistic Costs
Do research and find out about the prices so that you have an idea before choosing partners.
Ask for a detailed description of the offer in terms of design, development and hosting of your website so that you can make comparisons.

NOTE! There is always the possibility to find diversities in costs, every company does charges differently quality and services.
Do not make up your mind only in terms of cost. Check out the services proviced, they have to cover your needs.

Ask your future partner to include the possibility to upgrade the website in case you need something extra e.g. credit card payment, database use etc.

Prefer a professional if you require reliability and long term partnership so that you don't have to - in a short term period - search for a partner again!!!
